We didn't purchase a stroller before our baby was born because we wanted to wait to see what our needs would be. We started with a Snap 'n' Go travel system handed down from a friend. This has lots of benefits and we still use it, but the steering and handling were pretty bad, so it was not good for long walks. I bought an Uppababy G-Luxe when my baby was about 4 months old and loved that it was lightweight and handled much better than the Snap 'n' Go on the city sidewalks. The fold is amazingly easy, and it stands up when folded, so it is great for taking in the car and we always bring it when we travel by air. However, after a few months I realized I wanted a few features that the G-Luxe didn't have:
1. The ability to turn the seat to face me.
2. A big, easily accessible basket.
3. The ability to put a diaper bag on the handlebar without the whole stroller tipping over.

After that, I tried the B-reday Agile but had to return it on the next day because it was too wide and it didn't fit some stores/restaurants isles. I then decided to wait for the Uppababy cruz to come out. I spent 6 months without a stroller, but it was worth the wait.
The stroller is great!!! I love the basket! It fits everything I need: my handbag and other things if I need to. The wheels seems to be very strong and I haven't had any problem with them yet. The seat is reclining and can face both ways if we want it to. My son is going to be 3 years old in FEB and loves to walk. AND, yes I could make him walk or just go home when he gets tired. But, I like to have the option to have a nice stroller to use when he is tired and I still need to finish my errands. This is when we use the stroller. He fits perfectly and he loves it. Great stroller!, March 19, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: UPPAbaby Cruz Stroller, Jake (Baby Product) I received this stroller about a week ago and absolutely love it! It is a little lighter than the First Years Wave stroller that we currently have, but still quite bulky and takes up almost all of the trunk space in my Honda Civic. I bought is specifically for the air travel (and will be using it for everyday needs also) since they only allow strollers up to 20 lbs and the Wave stroller is a lot heavier. This stroller just meets the requirement! I like the huge basket, adjustable canopy, and 5 reclining positions. In her old stroller my daughter couldn't sit up quite well and was fussy because of it. This stroller has a very upright position that she loves! I ordered my stroller in red, and it came in perfect condition. the only thing that got me a little upset is that its manufacture date was 5 months ago from the date I received the stroller (10/10/2011). So, despite some minor issues, I still love it and my daughter enjoys it too.
