love this stroller, June 30, 2010 By My 9 month old baby and I love this stroller!!! We went from a baby jogger city mini to this stroller and I am so glad I did. The cost is an obvious deterant but it is worth every penny! First of all, this color is beautiful and the stroller itself is very good looking. It handles very well for a full size stroller. I can push it around with one had. My baby girl is very comfortable in it. I like the fact that she can sit upright with no problems. The added bar is great for holding on to. The included rain cover is a very awesome bonus. She sleeps very comfortably in it as it reclines flat. The storage pockets are awsome. I was able to downgrade to a smaller diaper bag because of all the storage options. I actually use the zip off bag as a diaper bag most of the time. I aslo bought the snack tray and it is low enough for her to eat her cheerios with no problem. It is a bit heavy for me at 23lbs but I can still manage to carry it up 3 flights of stairs. This stroller is so great. I've been researching all-terrain strollers for quite some time now and finally decided on the 2010 Tri-mode EX. I actually have the Candy Apple (red) color.
PROS:
- very padded seat & seat back for child
- excellent sun coverage, great hood
- good storage
- padded metal on stroller edges so fingers don't get pinched
- great kid-proof 5-point harness
- folds & stores easily
- pretty lightweight for an all-terrain stroller
- easy to maneuver
- 3 wheels are great, love the ability to lock or use swivel wheel
- comes with tire pump & rain cover
- removable bumper bar for snack tray or other accessories
- great recline on the seat & easily sits up straight or lies down flat
- great brake, easy to use
CONS:
- could use a cup holder for mom & baby
- would love for it to include mosquito/sun net since it already comes w/rain cover
