It worked great for me. My daughter was only able to fit in the car seat for 7-8 months but she was a chunky girl. The stroller is very easy to collapse and fairly lightweight. I decided to go with this travel system because the weight limit on the car seat was higher than some. I feel like I got more use out of this set more than I would have out of others. It fit great in the backseat of my car, Kia Spectra5, which had a very small backseat. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else. If I could choose a travel system again, I would pick a car seat with a handle that can be raised or lowered with one hand (this one requires 2- very difficult when you are holding a baby). The harness is ridiculously difficult to snap into place - it's like doing a puzzle every time- not helpful when baby is crying or squirming. The stroller is a nice smooth ride and light weight but doesn't recline like some others do. Also the basket on the bottom of the stroller snapped right off on one side and just hangs there now. It looks like the travel system won't last longer than one baby's use. This system was about $160 at Babies R Us, too.
